This market is confusing, and often deliberately so. Advertised monthly prices frequently exclude lab work, shipping, and consultation fees. Headline figures usually assume you prepay for six or twelve months. It is often unclear from a provider's homepage whether you will receive an FDA-approved branded medication or a compounded preparation, which is arguably the most important thing to know before you hand over a card. We read the terms of service, the cancellation policy, and the prescribing information so you can compare providers on the things that actually cost you money or affect your care.
