Independent provider review · Sources checked September 17, 2026
Trimi’s lowest advertised GLP-1 rates require a 12-month upfront payment. Its no-commitment plans cost more. That distinction is the starting point for a fair review of its pricing, flexibility and refund terms.

What the payment structure means
An annual plan can have a lower monthly equivalent while requiring a larger initial payment. That affects cash flow and the importance of early-exit terms. Do not assume that a monthly equivalent means a monthly payment or that an unused part of a plan will automatically be returned.
Ask what happens if a clinician changes treatment, if you need to stop, or if your circumstances change during the prepaid period. A written answer about the selected plan is more useful than a general promotional statement.
Cancellation and refund terms
Trimi’s policy, dated September 11, 2026, allows cancellation with a full refund before prescription issuance and a full refund if clinical review declines treatment. After issuance, its ordinary cancellation terms describe the order as final. It separately advertises a conditional six-month money-back promise, with participation, documentation and claim requirements. Do not treat that promise as an unconditional refund or a medical outcome guarantee.
Before paying, ask support to explain how those provisions apply to your specific plan, including an annual prepayment. Save the applicable policy and order confirmation. We have not tested the refund process or verified how a particular claim would be resolved.
Clinical care and medication choice
Compounded drugs are not FDA approved. Choosing a provider by price does not establish whether a compounded preparation is appropriate for you. Discuss approved alternatives and your individual medical needs with a licensed clinician. Read FDA’s GLP-1 information.
Check who will evaluate you and how to reach the care team after enrollment.
Obtain the dispensing pharmacy’s name and verify its licensing for your location.
Check medication, follow-up, testing, supplies and shipping rather than assuming every service is included.
Our assessment
The public page now makes the annual payment and no-commitment alternatives visible. That helps comparison, but it also changes the earlier case for Trimi as a simple $99 monthly plan. Compare flexibility, upfront exposure and the exact refund terms alongside total cost. We do not identify a universal best provider or infer clinical quality from a price table.
