Bodybuilding Health+ publishes the clearest price list we have found in this category. Every tier for both medications is on the page before you start an intake, with no "as low as" and no promotional countdown. That is genuinely unusual and we will say so. The catch is on the other side of the transaction: the banner promises you can cancel anytime, while the terms of service state that all sales are final and that consultation fees are not refundable. And the business is not run by Bodybuilding.com — it is operated by Dynamo Group LLC.
What it costs, and what that is per year
These are the published tiers, plus the annualised figure, which is the number that actually matters. We calculate the annual cost because a monthly headline tells you almost nothing when the tiers require different commitments.
| Plan | Compounded semaglutide | Annualised | Compounded tirzepatide | Annualised |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | $179/mo | $2,148 | $209/mo | $2,508 |
| 3 months | $159/mo | $1,908 | $179/mo | $2,148 |
| 6 months | $149/mo | $1,788 | $169/mo | $2,028 |
| 12 months | $139/mo | $1,668 | $159/mo | $1,908 |
The saving between the shortest and longest commitment is $480 a year on semaglutide and $600 a year on tirzepatide. Those are real numbers and they are advertised honestly against the one-month rate. Bodybuilding Health+ also states the FDA compounding disclaimer next to the pricing rather than in a footer, which we count in its favour.
On pure price, the twelve-month semaglutide tier at $139 a month is competitive without being the cheapest headline on the market. What it is, unusually, is a price you can verify before handing over any personal medical information.
"Cancel anytime" and "all sales are final" are both on this site
A banner scrolls across the top of every page promising no hidden fees, no monthly membership and cancel anytime. The terms of service say something different about money: medical consultation fees are not subject to refund, prescription products cannot be returned for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.
Both statements can be technically true at once. You can almost certainly stop future shipments whenever you like. What you cannot obviously do is get money back for a term you have already paid for. On a one-month plan that distinction costs you at most $209. On a prepaid twelve-month tirzepatide term it is $1,908 — and if your tolerance turns out to be poor in week three, the terms as written do not promise you anything back.
Who actually runs it
This matters more than it usually would, because the brand is doing a lot of work here. Bodybuilding.com is a large, long-established retail name, and Bodybuilding Health+ is reached from its main navigation. But the telehealth service is operated by Dynamo Group LLC, which states that it is a telehealth platform facilitating consultations with independently licensed providers, and that prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party pharmacies.
That is a normal structure and it is disclosed. We flag it only because the reason many people will click is trust in a brand they have known for twenty years, and the entity taking the payment and writing the terms is a different company. If the brand is the reason you are buying, that is the fact you needed.
It is not only a weight loss service
The catalogue also covers longevity and optimisation, sexual performance and prescription peptides. This is worth knowing for two reasons. It means the GLP-1 offering sits inside a broader wellness storefront rather than a dedicated obesity practice, and it means cross-sells are likely once you are in the funnel. Neither is a mark against it, but if you want a provider that does one thing, look at the more focused options in our provider comparison.
Who this suits, and who it does not
Who Bodybuilding Health+ is a reasonable fit for
- Buyers who want to see every price tier before giving up any medical information.
- People confident they will stay on treatment for six or twelve months, where the tier discount is largest.
- Anyone who wants GLP-1 care alongside other optimisation services from one provider.
Who should look elsewhere
- First-time GLP-1 users who may need to stop early — the all-sales-final language makes a long prepay risky.
- Anyone who wants a published pre-prescription refund window — see our Trimi Health review.
- People who assumed they were buying from Bodybuilding.com itself.
How we sourced this
Every price tier, the compounding disclaimer, the promotional banner claims, the operating entity and the refund language were read directly from Bodybuilding Health+'s own site and its terms of service on the date at the top. Annualised figures are our own arithmetic on the provider's published monthly rates and are shown so you can check them. We did not use affiliate marketing copy or scraped social media comments. Terms change without notice — verify before you buy.
