Corrections and factual disputes

This is the mail we care about most. If a price, a dosage, a shipping policy, a cancellation term, or anything else on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and point us at the source. We check every correction request and publish an update when one is warranted. Providers change their pricing and their terms frequently, and we would rather hear it from you than leave a stale figure on the page.

If you are a provider or a brand

We are happy to be corrected by companies we cover, and we will always link to your own documentation over a third-party summary. What we will not do is let you review an article before publication, remove criticism, or change a score in exchange for a commercial relationship. Our review methodology and our affiliate disclosure both spell this out.

What we cannot help with

We are not a clinic and we are not a pharmacy. We cannot tell you whether a GLP-1 medication is appropriate for you, adjust a dose, interpret a side effect, or intervene with a provider on your behalf. Please read our Medical Disclaimer. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. If you need to report a side effect from a medication, you can do so directly to the FDA through MedWatch.

We also cannot access your account with any provider, process a refund, or cancel a subscription for you. If you are trying to cancel, contact the provider directly using the details in their own terms of service.
