A separate public landing page, trimrx.com/lp-bb/, advertises $149 per month for GLP-1 and $249 for GLP-1 + GIP. A different offer may have different conditions. We cannot establish from these figures alone which price would apply to your order.
The terms' price table describes packages that include the consultation, medication if prescribed, shipping and support. Ask for a written quote naming the medication, term length, initial total and every renewal charge. A dose-price promise does not by itself establish that the introductory rate continues.
Budget example: Twelve $179 payments would total $2,148. An initial $199 payment followed by eleven $299 payments would total $3,488. The $1,340 difference explains why the renewal question matters. These are arithmetic scenarios, not a verified annual plan: the billing interval and selected offer must be confirmed first.
The refund policy now includes a 28-day deadline
Correction to our August review: The live terms now require a refund request within 28 days of payment, subject to stated exceptions or applicable law. They separately apply that window to refund requests for unused prepaid portions attributable to future unfilled orders. Our earlier statement that no request deadline was published is superseded.
The terms also describe refunds for clinician-determined ineligibility and TrimRx billing errors. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a prepaid plan. If you want both, request cancellation and a refund explicitly, keep the submission timestamp and ask for confirmation of the amount and effective date.
The shipping policy contains a separate provision: if medication has not shipped within 14 days of the order being placed, the customer may request a refund, subject to review of the order status. Do not wait for an assumed deadline; identify your order and the relevant clause when contacting support.
How do you cancel TrimRx?
The terms direct customers to their TrimRx account or support. They distinguish a request before transmission of a prescription to the pharmacy from a later request, which affects future unfilled orders. The shipping policy also refers to approval and pharmacy processing or shipment. Ask which stage your order has reached.

What about the advertised weight-loss warranty?
The public landing page promotes a money-back warranty, while the terms page reviewed describes refund eligibility and says promotions have their own conditions. We did not verify a complete, offer-specific warranty claim process in this check. Ask for the eligibility requirements, time period, records required and claim route before assigning a value to that promise. Marketing language is not evidence of a personal treatment outcome.
Compounded and brand-name medication questions
The site describes both compounded programs and access to brand-name prescriptions. Its package descriptions and footer use different wording about the cost and fulfillment of branded medication. If considering that route, ask for a written breakdown of the service charge, drug cost and dispensing pharmacy.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. A clinician should determine appropriate care. See FDA's compounded-drug guidance.
Our assessment and useful comparisons
The current documents provide a refund-request deadline and support routes, but the multiple advertised prices still require a plan-specific answer. A useful quote should let you identify the next charge without guessing. We cannot verify patient outcomes, support responsiveness or whether a particular refund would be approved.
