What would you pay through Ro?
Ro advertises $39 for the first membership month. The ongoing monthly membership is $149; advertised prepaid equivalents are $99 for a three-month term, $89 for six months and $74 for twelve. Ro says the full selected prepaid term is collected upfront. Ask how the introductory month connects to the term you select.
Medication is additional. Ro's pricing page lists product-specific starting figures, including $149 for certain pills, $199 for a Wegovy pen offer and $299 for Zepbound KwikPen. Dose, offer eligibility and later refills can change the medication price.

What would you pay through Direct Meds?
The affiliate landing page advertises an entry price of $147. Its expanded pricing FAQ lists semaglutide at $297/month and tirzepatide at $399/month, with medication, doctor visits, shipping and injection supplies included. We do not assume the $147 figure repeats indefinitely.
The offer advertises no separate monthly membership fee. That does not establish a one-time purchase: the linked terms describe recurring subscriptions for certain products. Get the exact selected product, payment interval, promotional period and ongoing amount before comparing it with Ro.

Which should you research first?
- You want to check insurance: Ro provides a published route for checking selected branded medications. Coverage depends on your plan and prescription.
- You want a branded product: compare Ro's product-specific price, membership and manufacturer-offer terms with other appropriate branded-care options.
- You are researching bundled self-pay care: Direct Meds' offer makes its advertised inclusions clear, but the starting promotion still needs a continuing-price quote.
- You need a specific follow-up service: ask each provider about visits, lab costs, clinical messaging and who handles questions between refills.

Check the commitment before enrolling

Does no membership fee mean no subscription?
