How to Cancel WellMedr: Steps, Confirmation and Refunds

Practical account guide · Updated September 17, 2026

To cancel WellMedr renewal, send an explicit request through its patient portal, email support@wellmedr.com, or call 1-888-397-6905. Its current policy treats the received timestamp as effective and stops charges not yet submitted. A refund requires a separate review of the current order.

Correction: Our August guide advised a 72-hour notice period. That is no longer an accurate summary of the policy checked today. For an older purchase, keep the terms originally accepted and ask which version applies.

A cancellation checklist

  1. Find your account and order details. Have your account email, order number and next expected charge ready. Use the support details in your own confirmation if the brand or portal name has changed.
  2. State exactly what you want stopped. Make cancellation of future automatic renewal explicit. If you also want an existing order canceled or money returned, ask for that separately.
  3. Keep evidence of submission. Save the sent message or portal receipt, the date and time, and the policy displayed that day.
  4. Read the confirmation. Check that it refers to your actual account and addresses both renewal and any separate refund request.
  5. Check the next statement. If a further charge appears, respond with the earlier receipt and request a written explanation of the payment’s submission time.

A message you can adapt

Subject: Cancel automatic renewal — [account email]

Please cancel automatic renewal for my WellMedr subscription. My account email is [email], and my order number is [number]. Please confirm the time my request was received and that future renewal is canceled.

[If applicable:] I also request cancellation and a refund review for my current order. Please confirm its fulfillment status and itemize any amount you consider nonrefundable, including the reason and the terms I accepted.

Please send written confirmation to my account email. Thank you.

Remove the bracketed refund paragraph if it does not apply. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary medical information in an ordinary email.

What to ask about a refund

The current policy bases refund eligibility on documented pharmacy preparation or dispensing, completed services and unearned amounts. Canceling renewal does not itself reverse a processed charge. Ask support to identify the order’s stage and any retained fee in writing.

Payment

What was charged, when was it submitted and what period did it cover?

Fulfillment

What work has actually started, and when did it start?

Resolution

What amount will be returned, and when should you check for it?
