Pallas Health's headline price is an introductory payment. Its advertised compounded semaglutide plan starts at $139, followed by $597 every 12 weeks; compounded tirzepatide starts at $179, followed by $897 every 12 weeks. Budget for the full renewal charge.

Introductory prices and later charges answer different budget questions.
New refund terms apply to plans purchased on or after September 8.
Eligibility and treatment remain the clinician's decision.
What does Pallas Health cost?
| Advertised compounded plan | First payment | Later renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide | $139 | $597 every 12 weeks |
| Tirzepatide | $179 | $897 every 12 weeks |
Pallas says provider care and shipping are included, with no separate membership fee. The price does not increase with dose on the advertised compounded plan. Other billing terms are offered, so confirm the selected plan and total at checkout.
Brand-name options are listed separately at cash-pay prices: Zepbound $1,069, Ozempic $1,299, and Wegovy or Mounjaro $1,349 per month when checked. These are advertised snapshots, not a guarantee of your prescription or final charge.
The Pallas button is an affiliate link. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
The 12-week cost calculation
A 12-week interval is 84 days. It is shorter than three calendar months, so multiplying the advertised monthly average by twelve does not fully describe the renewal schedule.
| Our calculation | Semaglutide | Tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| First payment plus four 12-week renewals | $139 + 4 × $597 = $2,527 | $179 + 4 × $897 = $3,767 |
| Ongoing 52-week cost equivalent, excluding the introductory offer | $597 × 52 ÷ 12 = $2,587 | $897 × 52 ÷ 12 = $3,887 |
The first row illustrates five payments; the precise dates and period covered depend on your first term. The second spreads a continuing rate across 52 weeks; it is a budgeting comparison, not the number of transactions in a calendar year. Keep the actual renewal dates in your budget.
Cancellation and refunds: what changed
Correction: Our earlier headline highlighted a $5 refund fee and the article described a visit deposit. Those are not the current general rules for new purchases. Pallas's September 10 terms distinguish purchases before and after September 8, 2026.
For new plans, Pallas says checkout saves the payment method and charges when a clinician prescribes. Before prescription, cancellation carries no fee; any amount already charged is refundable. After prescription, the current order is generally final, while cancellation stops future billing. Use the portal or contact support and obtain written confirmation.
The refund page also describes damaged-shipment protection and a conditional six-month satisfaction promise. The latter requires six continuous paid months, adherence and check-ins, recorded starting and six-month weights, an opportunity for the care team to help, and a claim within 30 days of the six-month point. It is a commercial promise, not a medical outcome guarantee. Read the complete terms before relying on it.
For qualifying voluntary refunds on older purchases, the terms retain processing-cost deductions plus a $5 fee in certain cases. Your purchase date and reason for the refund matter. Send policy questions or requests to support@pallashealth.co or your patient portal.
Who provides the care?
Pallas identifies Brentmoor, Inc. as the platform operator and names Lion MD with CareValidate in its clinical disclosures. It also lists pharmacy partners, including Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills. Ask which clinician and pharmacy are assigned to you; a network list does not verify an individual prescription.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Discuss the appropriate treatment and alternatives with a licensed clinician. See FDA's compounded-drug guidance.
What to check before choosing a plan
- Write down the initial payment, next charge amount and renewal date.
- Confirm whether your selected term is 4, 12, 24 or 48 weeks, and whether it is paid upfront.
- Save the cancellation terms presented for your purchase date.
- Ask for your treating clinician and dispensing pharmacy details.
- Check whether your quote includes any optional recurring add-ons.
The published renewal amounts make this offer easier to compare, but the initial price should not drive the decision by itself. Someone who needs smaller, more frequent payments should compare the available billing schedules. We have not independently verified treatment outcomes or service quality.
