Strut Health is one of the cheaper ways into compounded GLP-1s we track: injectable semaglutide from $129 a month and a buccal semaglutide lozenge from $99, with provider visits, follow-ups and shipping included. Tirzepatide is a flat $219 a month injected or $199 as a lozenge, at every strength.
The trade-offs: Strut does not name its compounding pharmacy, its refund policy is strict once a prescription ships, and in February 2026 the FDA sent it a warning letter over how its website marketed compounded drugs.

What this covers
What Strut does well
Where it stands out
- Low entry prices. $129 for injectable semaglutide and $99 for the lozenge are below most providers we review.
- Flat tirzepatide pricing. Strut says the price does not rise with the dose, on both the injection and the lozenge.
- Oral options. Both semaglutide and tirzepatide come as a buccal lozenge held between cheek and gum, for people who would rather not inject.
- Care included. Provider consultations, unlimited follow-ups, messaging and free shipping are part of the price, and you only pay for medication if a provider prescribes it.
What it is not
- Not transparent about its pharmacy: pages say only "a U.S. licensed pharmacy".
- Not flexible on refunds once medication has shipped.
- Not a branded-drug provider: no Wegovy, Zepbound or Ozempic, and no microdose plan.
What it costs
Strut lists monthly auto-refill prices only. The FAQ says some products can ship as a 90-day supply, but we did not find a 90-day GLP-1 price on any page.
| Product | Published price | What the page says |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide injection | $129 a month | Monthly vial, once-weekly injection |
| Compounded semaglutide lozenge | $99 a month | 30-day supply, buccal |
| Compounded tirzepatide injection | $219 a month | Flat rate at every dose |
| Compounded tirzepatide lozenge | $199 a month | "Just $6.63/day", flat at every strength |
| PeptideVite (optional) | $46.99 a month | Non-prescription vitamin and herbal supplement |
Prices have moved this year: third-party reviews from July and August 2026 recorded $149 for injectable semaglutide and $199 for injectable tirzepatide. Check the live price before you start.
For comparison, CoreAge Rx lists compounded semaglutide from $79 to $99 and tirzepatide from $129, and bmiMD charges $119 to $159 for semaglutide depending on plan length. See every provider side by side in our semaglutide and tirzepatide price comparisons.
The dose fine print
The oral lozenges
Strut's oral GLP-1s are buccal lozenges: you hold them between cheek and gum rather than swallowing them. They are compounded products, not FDA-approved oral semaglutide (Rybelsus) or the Wegovy pill, and published evidence for buccal compounded GLP-1s is thin. Our oral GLP-1 comparison explains the difference.

The FDA warning letter
On February 20, 2026, the FDA's drug center sent Strut Health a warning letter (case MARCS-CMS 721448) after reviewing its website in December 2025. The FDA said the site misbranded compounded drugs by showing "Strut" on pictured product labels, which implied Strut was the compounder, and by using phrases such as "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro" that implied FDA approval.
Strut's pages now state that compounded drugs "are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA." We could not confirm whether the FDA has closed the matter. The letter concerned marketing claims, not a finding about the medication itself.
Refunds
Strut's refund policy, last updated in September 2021, says it cannot accept returns or give refunds on medication once it has left the pharmacy. Damaged or defective items can be replaced if reported within two weeks of delivery. You are only charged for medication if a Strut provider prescribes it.
Who runs it
Strut Health, LLC is based at 701 Commerce Street in Dallas, Texas. Its founder and CEO is Simal Patel, MD, a former emergency and telemedicine physician. Medical care comes from Titan Health, P.A. and affiliated providers, who Strut's terms say are not employed by Strut. Strut launched publicly in June 2020 and shows a LegitScript seal. Its main Trustpilot profile, under its old strutyours.com domain, scores 3.4 out of 5 from about 780 reviews, with praise for customer service and complaints about shipping delays and billing.
Who this suits
Suits: people who want a low monthly price on compounded semaglutide, people who would rather use a lozenge than inject, and tirzepatide patients who want one price at every dose.
Does not suit: anyone who wants to know which pharmacy compounds their medication, anyone who wants branded Wegovy or Zepbound, residents of Arkansas (Strut's FAQ says it does not ship there), and anyone who needs flexible refunds.
