To cancel an Embody GLP-1 subscription, contact support or use your patient portal and keep written confirmation. Embody’s policy dated August 25 requires receipt at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Cancelling renewal and qualifying for a refund are different questions.

How to cancel your Embody subscription
- Find your next billing date. Check the account, confirmation email and payment schedule. Ask support if the dates disagree.
- Submit a clear cancellation request. Use the portal or the contact details above. State that you want to stop automatic renewal, identify your account and request the effective date.
- Keep evidence. Save the request, timestamp, response and policy version attached to your purchase. Keep medical details inside the patient portal.
- Confirm the result. Ask whether a further charge or shipment is already scheduled and whether any action remains.
- Check the next expected charge date. If a charge appears, reply with your original request and ask support to explain it against the accepted terms.
What the 72-hour rule means
The current policy says a request inside the notice window can leave the next charge in place and move cancellation to the subsequent cycle. Contact support promptly if you are close to renewal; do not assume deleting an account, skipping an intake or declining a delivery stops billing.
Can you get a refund?
The August 25 policy treats payments, including prepaid bundles, as final from purchase. It describes a provider-initiated medical-disqualification exception for unused amounts, after deducting services already rendered. It no longer supports our earlier blanket statement that cancellation before medication ordering produces a full refund.
Ask which policy version applies to your order, what event has already occurred and how any proposed refund was calculated. A request to end renewal does not itself establish a right to money back.
Cancellation message you can adapt
Subject: Please cancel automatic renewal — [account email] Please cancel automatic renewal of my Embody subscription. Account name: [name] Account email: [email] Order or subscription reference: [reference] Please confirm receipt, the effective cancellation date, and whether any further charge or shipment is scheduled. If you believe a payment remains due or is not refundable, please identify the policy version and the relevant order dates. Please send written confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
Send this to Embody through its support channel; entering information on MyGLP1Reviews does not cancel a subscription. Avoid including payment-card details or medical history in a general billing message.
Common cancellation questions
Should I use the portal or email?
Use an available method that provides a record. If you phone, ask for a written summary so you can verify the effective date.
I have already paid for several months. What should I ask?
Ask support to separate the renewal decision from your refund request. Request the accepted terms, the remaining service period and a breakdown of any medical-disqualification assessment.
What if support has not replied?
Follow up using your existing request reference, save each attempt and ask for confirmation before the next scheduled payment. Do not assume silence means cancellation succeeded.
