Eden is a competitively priced, flat-rate compounded GLP-1 program: semaglutide at $99 a month and tirzepatide at $129 a month, the same at every dose. Its GLP-1 offer page promises no second-month increase and no separate membership fee.
The trade-offs: Eden’s own pages disagree about who makes its medication and do not name its partner pharmacies, its branded Mounjaro option costs $1,399 a month plus a required membership, and in June 2026 the FDA sent it a warning letter over how its website labelled and described compounded drugs.

What this covers
What Eden does well
Where it stands out
- Flat prices. $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide sit at the lower end of the providers we track (WellMedr and CoreAge Rx list less), and Eden says they do not rise with the dose or after the first month.
- No membership on the GLP-1 offer. The offer page calls the monthly price all-inclusive: provider review, 24/7 messaging, dose and side-effect guidance, labs "when needed" and free expedited shipping.
- A weight-loss warranty. Follow the plan for six months and lose less than 15% of your body weight, and you "may qualify" for your money back, under its terms.
- Scale. Eden says it has more than 200,000 members, and it has close to 5,000 Trustpilot reviews.
What it is not
- Not consistent about its pharmacies: the GLP-1 offer page says medication is prepared by Eden Pharmacy in Albuquerque or by unnamed partner pharmacies, while its NAD+ page says Eden does not manufacture or dispense medications.
- Not cheap for branded drugs: Mounjaro is $1,399 a month plus membership.
- Not consistent about membership: some Eden treatment pages require a $99-a-month membership, while the GLP-1 offer page says there is none. Confirm which applies at checkout.
What it costs
Eden lists compounded GLP-1s at one monthly price that it says is "guaranteed for life" while your account stays active. If you close the account and come back later, the price at that time applies.
| Product | Published price | What the page says |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide injection | $99 a month | "Most popular"; once-weekly injection |
| Compounded tirzepatide injection | $129 a month | "Maximum support"; GLP-1 plus GIP |
| Branded Mounjaro | $1,399 a month | Medication only; Eden membership extra ($39, then $99 a month) |
For comparison, CoreAge Rx lists compounded semaglutide from $79 to $99 and tirzepatide from $129, Strut Health lists semaglutide from $129 and tirzepatide at $219, and PlexusDx charges $149 for semaglutide month to month ($99 on a 12-month plan). See every provider in our semaglutide and tirzepatide price comparisons.
The weight-loss warranty
Eden advertises a "Weight Loss Warranty": follow the plan for six months, and if you do not lose at least 15% of your body weight you may qualify for your money back. Eligibility depends on the full warranty terms, including plan adherence and required check-ins, which are not set out on the offer page. For context, people in the STEP 1 trial of semaglutide 2.4 mg lost about 15% of their body weight on average over 68 weeks, not six months, so read the conditions before you count on a refund.
The FDA warning letter
On June 8, 2026, the FDA’s Office of Compounding Quality and Compliance sent Eden Health International Inc. a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 728279) after reviewing tryeden.com in March 2026. The FDA said pictured labels naming "Eden" suggested Eden was the compounder when it is not, and that describing its sources as "FDA-licensed 503(a) outsourcing facilities" was misleading because the FDA does not license or approve compounding pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. It cited misbranding under sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the FD&C Act.
A warning letter is about how drugs were labelled and marketed, not a finding about the medication itself. Eden’s offer page now says “We don’t just prescribe GLP-1s. We make them,” and calls the product "Authentic Eden™ medication", so ask which pharmacy will compound and dispense your prescription.
How it works
You complete an online consultation, and a licensed provider reviews your health history before deciding whether to prescribe; approval is not guaranteed. Eden’s GLP-1 offer page says medication is prepared by Eden Pharmacy, which it says it runs in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or by one of its U.S. partner pharmacies, which it does not name; its NAD+ page says its pharmacies use third-party testing for potency, sterility and endotoxins. Medication ships free by expedited delivery. Eden also says it has an in-person clinic and fitness studio in Denver, Colorado. Plans are monthly subscriptions with no long-term contract.

Reputation
On Trustpilot, Eden (tryeden.com) had a TrustScore of 4.5 from 4,971 reviews when we checked on October 26, 2026, with 80% five-star and 11% one-star. Positive reviews mostly praise responsive support. Negative ones mention warm vials or melted ice packs on delivery, slow prescription approvals and orders that took several contacts to sort out.
Other treatments
Eden also sells compounded sermorelin ($126 for the first month, then $176 a month on a 3-month plan), NAD+ injections (from $91 for the first month, plus a required membership), MIC+B12 and a hair-growth kit. Our sister site GetPeptideReviews compares NAD+ and sermorelin clinics.
Bottom line
Eden is a strong price pick if you want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at one flat monthly price with no membership on top. Before you sign up, confirm the price at checkout, ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription and read the warranty terms. If you want a branded drug, compare first: Eden lists Mounjaro at $1,399 a month plus membership, while Lilly sells Zepbound vials directly from $299 a month (see our tirzepatide dosage chart for current self-pay prices).
