The short version

PlexusDx prices compounded GLP-1s by plan length rather than by dose. Semaglutide is $149 a month month to month and $99 on a 12-month plan, tirzepatide is $189 falling to $129, and microdose plans run from $99 down to $69. Each price is the same at every dose, and you pay nothing unless a provider approves.

The trade-offs: the low headline prices need a 12-month plan, PlexusDx does not name its pharmacy, and it does not sell branded Wegovy, Zepbound or Ozempic.

What PlexusDx does well

Where it stands out

  • Same price at every dose. Moving up the dose ladder does not raise your bill.
  • Cheap on long plans. $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide on a 12-month plan, and $69 for a 12-month microdose plan.
  • Pay only if approved. PlexusDx says you are charged $0 unless a provider approves your medication.
  • Extras included. Doctor visits, syringes, free 2-day shipping, pharmacist support, meal plans, optional free blood tests and at-home biomarker testing every six months.

What it is not

  • Not cheap month to month: $149 for semaglutide and $189 for tirzepatide are above many flat-price providers.
  • Not transparent about its pharmacy: pages say only "a licensed 503A pharmacy".
  • Not a branded-drug provider: PlexusDx says it does not sell or ship branded prescription medications.

What it costs

Standard plans cover weekly doses from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg of semaglutide and 2.5 mg to 15 mg of tirzepatide. Microdose plans use 0.05 mg to 0.25 mg of semaglutide or 1 mg to 2.5 mg of tirzepatide.

Plan Month to month 12-month plan Weekly dose range
Compounded semaglutide $149 a month $99 a month 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg
Compounded tirzepatide $189 a month $129 a month 2.5 mg to 15 mg
Microdose $99 a month $69 a month Semaglutide 0.05 to 0.25 mg; tirzepatide 1 to 2.5 mg

Our arithmetic: a year of semaglutide costs $1,188 on the 12-month plan against $1,788 paying month to month; tirzepatide costs $1,548 against $2,268. Ask whether a 12-month plan is billed upfront or monthly before you choose it.

For comparison, Eden charges a flat $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide with no plan commitment, and CoreAge Rx lists semaglutide from $79. See every provider in our semaglutide and tirzepatide price comparisons.

Microdose plans

PlexusDx sells microdose semaglutide or tirzepatide at $99 a month, or $69 a month on a 12-month plan. Microdosing is not an FDA-approved regimen and has little trial evidence behind it; our microdose GLP-1 guide explains what is and is not known.

How it works

A 60-second online intake goes to a licensed physician, who prescribes only if treatment is appropriate. A licensed 503A pharmacy ships the medication, usually by UPS 2-Day Air at no charge. PlexusDx says it is not a medical practice or a pharmacy; medication and clinical fees are billed through a practice-management platform. It takes HSA and FSA cards and Klarna or Affirm installments, and it sells an optional "GLP-1 & Peptide Pathways" genetic test that it describes as educational, not a prescribing tool.

Reputation

PlexusDx is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. On Trustpilot it had a TrustScore of 4.3 from 78 reviews when we checked on October 26, 2026, mostly praising fast approval and support; critical reviews mention a short-filled vial and refill errors. Our search found no FDA warning letter addressed to PlexusDx.

Peptides and other treatments

PlexusDx also sells NAD+ and sermorelin ($159 a month, or $119 on a 12-month plan), glutathione and MIC+B12 ($99, or $69 on a 12-month plan), GHK-Cu cream and PT-141. Our sister site GetPeptideReviews reviews those.

Bottom line

PlexusDx suits you if you are confident you will stay on a GLP-1 for a year and want one price at every dose: $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide on a 12-month plan are competitive. If you would rather start month to month, flat-price providers such as Eden cost less.
